Samsung, Hynix May Ease Back Flash Production to Drive Prices Up

Samsung and Hynix, two of the world's largest producers of NAND flash memory, is now planning to cut production to deal with an oversupply situation that requires prices down. Toshiba is said to have slowed down operations at its plants in Japan for the same reason, and now that the first domino has fallen, it is expected that others will follow.
