Bad foundation blamed for Ghana building collapse

authorities Thursday blamed faulty construction of the collapse of a five-storey building in the capital of Ghana, which has killed at least nine people dead and dozens of other prisoners until they were released by harvesting equipment through the broken concrete with axes.
